My dream for you~

~To realize your power. To realize you get to choose how you want to live and how you want to feel. 

~To know that the life you desire is created not by trying to please others, but by pleasing yourself.

~To stop pushing yourself and see how much farther you get when you stop to rest, listen, and play.

~To see that anxiety and depression are patterns of energy that you inherited from others, and you have the ability to shift them and create new patterns that serve you.

~To know, not just intellectually, but at a body level – at a nervous system level – that you are safe. That traumatic experiences from your past do not need to continue to impact how you feel in the world. And you are free now to be bigger, bolder, and more alive than you have ever been before.

~To feel truly at home in your body, to feel that you and your body are in partnership and you can trust your body's impulses and wisdom.

~To allow yourself to feel all of your emotions, confident that you won't be overwhelmed, because you know how to bring your nervous system into balance.

~To outgrow patterns of being small, being quiet, trying to mold yourself to fit into relationships, jobs, and situations that don't align with your pleasure and purpose. And to see that by being your full authentic self, the relationships, jobs, and situations that are the best fit for you will be naturally magnetized to you.

~To stop feeling pulled in different directions, stuck in analysis paralysis, holding yourself back out of fear, uncertainty, or perfectionism, but to be clear and to trust your deep knowingness.

~To be confident that you can find your way through any perceived obstacles or twists and turns of life, learn from them, and enjoy the ride.

~To really see yourself clearly – how much work you've already put in, how far you've come. That you are a deeply wise being who has something important to share with the world – something that others really need. 

~To be driven to share your gifts with the world not because others need them, but because it lights you up, and propels you forward on your own path of healing and expansion. (Helping others is just the cherry on top!)

~To realize that it's not about manifesting that one thing that will make you happy. It's about increasing your capacity to feel happy, period. It's about becoming a joy hunter instead of a problem hunter. And trusting that when you seek out and follow the jewels of joy, the better and faster your manifestations will be.

~To realize that the world is a mirror of our collective expectations and thought patterns and that you are healing the world just by being you – by being aligned with your truth, power, and joy.
