Enter a healing sanctuary – relax and receive.

Explore new ways to heal and expand, nourish your nervous system, and connect with a supportive, inspiring community.

Drop-in to receive group and individual healing sessions on a sliding scale from our gifted group of healing arts practitioners. Experience Reiki, energy work, therapeutic touch, somatic therapy, acupressure, shamanic work, sound healing, and more.

This is a beautiful opportunity to care for your body, mind, and spirit and receive the powerful benefits of group intention and energy.

The flow of the Evening:

Private Healing Sessions

Private healing sessions (~30 mins) are available each week, starting at 6:30. Usually 3-6 healing arts practitioners offer private sessions. Practitioners vary each week according to their availability.

When they are not in private sessions, practitioners support those in the group healing space by offering healing touch and/or energy (if desired).

Group Healing

There is also an opportunity to receive healing in a group setting each week. Every other week there is a facilitated group healing starting at 7. A variety of facilitators lead the group. In the past we’ve had guided meditations, shamanic journeys, tea ceremonies, and group hypnosis. These often also include live music.

On alternate weeks, there is an open group healing with live medicine music starting at 6:30 . A variety of musicians and sound healers offer their gifts, all with the intention of creating a sacred, supportive, and inspiring soundscape.

You are welcome to arrive anytime before 8 pm. It is recommended that you arrive by 7 for facilitated group healings. You are invited to stay for the closing circle around 8:15 if you like.

Exchange:
Group healing session - $10-35
Individual healing session - $15-40
